Surround where I experience valued and my skill set has grown immensely. This business firm has helped me abound, and this is the best job I have ever had in my life.
Cons
You don't exercise the same tasks every twenty-four hours, so information technology's challenging. I see this as a positive.

Benefits, other than that admittedly zippo! If you end upwards working their good luck! Believe my words!
Cons
They piece of work you to the ground, it'south all nearly the business organization for them. Billable workplace so they push overtime and weekends. Training is nonexistent. No civilisation! Training is based if yourself googling. All the same they harp on you if y'all go over budget. However, they don't take the initiative you own upwards that people haven't been trained properly. Salary is bottom of the barrel! They sell you lot on OT and billable weekly bonuses. Non traditional accounting and I've been to a few accosting firms. It's like loftier school all over again with adults, drama within the staff and direction squad! Owners only turn their cheek! I'm certain they are overwhelmed and in a bad position.

The view is nice enough
Cons
The turnover is alarming and should be considered when applying for whatsoever position there. They just use and abuse employees. They fired almost the unabridged staff at the beginning of the pandemic and didn't hire whatsoever 1 of them back.

Petty to no direction. Klasing is an egomaniac. Loftier stress surround.

Pros
The feel you acquire is second to none. The workload is challenging and oftentimes never the same. Dealing with the IRS on a regular basis, reconstructing books, and amending tax returns.
Cons
Not loyal to their employees. At the beginning of the pandemic, well-nigh half the staff was laid off immediately. After a few months, I noticed that people were getting hired there. Only information technology was not the people they laid off. When I practical for the same position I had before the pandemic, I was non hired.

Beautiful views and enough space in the office. The pay was great.
Cons
Gossip, gossip and gossip. This place looks so much similar a community of old people angry at life and everybody else. No leadership nor encouragement. I was promised to be trained, but that never happened. They rather talk behind your dorsum instead of advising you and lifting you up. I was told that my odor was disturbing and it was giving them headache and "allergies". They treated me like a was aught and not smart to complete the tasks. Manager is arrogant and the owners are the worst human being beings someone can ever piece of work for!!!

Central location, squeamish part, and pretty views.
Cons
HUGE lack of communication, function gossip, at times (more often then few) hostel work environment, Big turn over rate, misleading and ignorant personalities from principles. I was excited for the job opportunity, but learned very apace the dynamics of the employees, managers and owners. I was constantly trying to survive the workday without being put down or minimized. I was told I would exist trained, simply that was not true. With every fault came the hostel surroundings. When I asked to delight be sat with and explained the expectations of my duties - I was ignored and left to figure things out on my ain. Such a sad situation.
